Space Content Change Tracking

The plugin provides macros to display tables of modified/unmodified pages and modifiers in a space.

Macros

Space modifiers

Shows the list of users, who modified pages in a space.

Modified pages

Macro to display pages that were modified after specific date.

Macro has the following parameters:

• Modification Date(dd/MM/yyyy) - Pages modified after this date will be displayed

• Space key - Space where page is located

• Page title - title of the page

Unmodified pages

Macro to display pages that were not modified after specific date.

Macro has the following parameters:

• Modification Date(dd/MM/yyyy) - Pages modified after this date will be displayed

• Space key - Space where page is located

• Page title - title of the page

Menu Tools

There are 2 menus to track how many pages/blogs were created and modified in space (all spaces) for specified time period:

Space Content Change Report

By selecting time period you can see how many pages/blogs were created and modified in this space for specified time period.

Admin Spaces Content Change Report

The menu is located in Confluence administration console in Administration section:

In Confluence administration menu there is Spaces Content Change Report menu in Administration section where by selecting time period you can see how many pages/blogs were created and modified in all spaces for specified time period.
